This claim arrived in April of 2004, with the claim letter scrawled on the last page of the application. Rather than offering her a reply that advised her of the numerous Challenge rules she neglected to follow when submitting her application, I chose instead to cut to the chase and save us both a lot of time and effort.
I, Joan L Bialoblochi, wish to state, that I am able to "read" a persons, life history, past and future, with out previosly, meeting, said person, I can also apply this, with out seeing, the person, in other words, simply a name is enough.
