Jimmy from Plains has outlived the most recent record holder George Bush by one day.

So far.

Good luck with that. Over on FARK these other old record holders only carry the mantle for a few weeks after being designated. But with C, B, and O left it should be a while before the next one RIP’s .

My bet’s on Bush after Carter.
 
Well. If Wikipedia is correct, he'll turn 95 later this year.
 
False. James Monroe, being a vampire, is considerably older. He claimed 1758 as his birth year, which puts him at 261 years old. But personally I suspect he lied and is actually much older. He was involved in that business between Philip the Fair and the Templars in 1307, it's the only explanation for how he got his mitts on the Ark of the Covenant.

A family risk of pancreatic cancer? Hell, he was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma that had spread to his brain and liver in 2016! A quick death sentence a decade ago. Yet he now appears to be detectable-cancer-free after surgery, radiation, and a relatively new immunological therapy that has dramatically changed the survival statistics for this type of cancer.

He seems to be about on par with previous administrations. Hell, in the 90s the South Koreans gave tons of concessions, while North Korea continously reneged on the agreed quid pro quo. Obama was gonna try to get them to stop their nuclear weapons development, and we know how that turned out.

My bet's on Trump after Carter. Maybe before Carter... maybe even before he's an 'ex'. But that's probably just wishful thinking.
 
Never really hear much about Carter

Know he is a bit of a full on philanthropist afterwards, but was it a boring time to be Prez or was he just a bit crap?
