That's not paranormal, but do people know if that is especially uncommon or unlikely to find that in this area and timeframe? Seems like it could be a bit strange anyways

Here's another article on that OP Kaliningrad, with pictures (In German, click on the two pictures to see all photos).

In that article, it doesn't say that these items of that time are a very unusual find, but they are excited because it is the most complete collection of such items in excellent condition ever found in Europe. The items depict the devil, occult happenings and encrypted messages in several languages.
