Animal rights radicals miss the big picture

It's hard arguing with a zealot. In fact, studies of how core beliefs affect brain activity suggest it might be futile. Having said that, we'd all like to believe that if you present any person with a rational and factual argument, he or she would change his or her position.

We'd like to think everyone might aspire to the humility associated with accepting common sense.

Wow - what a creepy thing for PETA to do... on billboards too? Yikes.

Not that I'm surprised. PETA has been responsible for some really creepy acts before and I expect they'll keep behaving that way.

PETA wants any kind of attention they can get, good or bad, and they'll do whatever it takes to get that attention.

If someone disagrees with their methods or their message, the absolute worst thing they can do is write an article about how PETA irritates them. That's exactly what PETA wants - people talking about them.
