Israel is good for the Palestinians. It supplies them electricity. It fulfills any order of the Palestinian Authority as a conduit into Gaza. It allows tens of thousands of them to go for medical treatment in Israel. It provides drinking water, assists with the water infrastructure and treats their sewage.
Israel provides vaccinations and helps fight the spread of diseases like bird flu.

It supplies many commodities and products that are of far superior quality and at the same or lower prices than those brought from Egypt.

Israelis are good for other reasons. They actually care about Gazans. Despite being bombed and kidnapped, ambushed and murdered, Israelis will not target civilians of any age. They protect women and children and the elderly and will do everything, risking their own lives repeatedly, to save a human being be he or she a terrorist fighting against them or an innocent bystander.

For Israelis, lives are sacred, and the Palestinians know it all too well. ………..

Israel is now in the business of helping and saving the lives of terrorists???

Well hell, I want them tossed out of the Coalition of the Willing. Folks who help terrorists are no friend of the United States. They are clearly a burden upon the War against Terror.

Aiding and abetting the enemy brings prison time in the USA.

Saving the lives of terrorists........ who's side are they on???

The bulldozer terrorist was treated at Hadassah Medical Center.

Even when terrorists try to kill Israelis they still rate medical treatment in the Jewish state.

On Thursday a Palestinian launched another heavy equipment attack in Jerusalem when he mounted a bulldozer, then went on a rampage overturning a police car, injuring two officers, and ramming a bus before being shot himself................


There are many other examples.


I remember well, the girl from Gaza who was treated in an Israeli hospital and later returned in an attempt to kill her doctors and nurses.

this is Israels duty as the controlling power....Do you want a round of applause for doing what you should do as human beings?

It would be cool if you were to acknowledge them as human beings rather than constantly demonizing them based on innuendo.

Yeah, when you then go forward to use that falsehood to claim Gaza is still "occupied", and then claim all kinds of other rules are in place because of it. Essentially the point is when the amount of revisionism reaches such absurd levels it's stopped being rational discourse and is just plain vilification. You are, of course, expected to disagree.

Right, it's the same old saw. The people who claim kooky things about Israel such as putting a sinister meaning on "Eretz Israel", conspiracy theories about the "secret" meaning on the stripes on the Israeli flag, or the Talmud, etc. fail to notice all those other people who limit their criticisms to actual Israeli policies don't draw that kind of mud.

So keep telling yourself it's everybody who criticizes Israel and has nothing to do with how you personally do it. I'm sure that helps you sleep at night.
 
The gulag was good for Solzhenitsyn. It gave him food, water, electricity, sanitation and medical care. Instead of complaining about this he should have been grateful. Or at least shut the hell up.

when right-wingers talk about "Eretz Yisrael", what they mean is:
