Hi. I wonder if any of our resident experts have heard or are aware of this company / product and what they might think about it?

www . innerlightinc . com/grasses/

(sorry to have ask you to retype, - i'm not allowed to post links until I've made a few more posts) or maybe someone could repost the link for me?

But I have a friend who (its definitely not me, honest! :) ) is considering possibly investing or getting involved in its Sales.

I dont know whether this is as a franchise or MLM or maybe distribution rights type agreement, but I have a bad feeling about it and wondered if anyone might know anything about the product and it's liklihood of being what it promises?

edit there's some pseudo science inside the site, go to products, pick a country (someone gets credited for the impending sale) and select SuperGreens and theres an audio clip by a doctor that sounds a little Woo and some talk of body PH re-alignment, all a bit dodgy IMO but i'm no expert

I thought I heard echos of MLM-speak in what she told me about the person she's dealing with, "earning £4-6k per month without having to do anything lalala.." and it rang alarm bells. I would hate for her to get stung or anything

opinions / experience very gratefully received.

thanks kev

I've never heard of them, but MLM companies in general are a bad idea. They are just inefficient and poor ways to distribute a product, and they prey on the "downline" to enhance the "upline."

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of content on their site--it's about sales and why you should sell Innerlight.

wow

hi guys, so fast :)

sorry I was still editing the first post to say where to find the info i was dubious about, its here again..

I found the woo! Gotcha. Here's Quackwatch on the acid/alkaline theory of disease. Innerlight seems not to have done the blinded, controlled studies that would prove that their products give you more energy and cause you to lose weight.

Bad theoretical underpinning, no studies. Hmm....

there we go..

ok thanks muchly.

had already come to this conclusion about the financial setup and am well aware of the realities of that, but wasnt sure about the product itself.

it's unfortunate because from what I gathered tonight she seems to be pinning quite a lot on it, and now I really have to try and stop her.
