I say that ISIS's leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and all his lieutenants are secretly operating in safehouses in the wealthy suburbs of the Syrian cities of Raqqa and Palmyra. Also, I'm sure that the nearby residents of these places who suddenly became rich overnight are gonna say they don't know where they are.
