Hosting Streaming Video

Does anyone know of any sites which allow you to upload video, and provide the ability for users to view it as a streaming video?

I'm not being very clear...

There are sites where you can upload your photos into online "photo albums", (such as www.shutterfly.com), or where you can upload larger, high-quality images into "galleries" (such as www.pbase.com).

What I am hoping to find would be the video equivalent of this.

Anyone know of one?

Why would you want it to be streaming video, rather than just uploading a video file for others to download?

Two reasons:

1. I would like it to be as simple as possible for visitors to my site to see the videos. Something like Darlugo.com, so that the visitor to the site doesn't have to have other software installed.

2. I don't want to use up the bandwidth on my site, and some of these videos may be sizeable.
