Hmmm, What Could We Sue Someone For Today ?

I think the key fact is this one:
Now Kaitlyn - through her mother - has sued her dad, charging that he set off a chain of events that led to the gunfire by cutting off the other driver.

Or maybe this:
Neither Squillaciotti nor Timko appear to have any assets to recoup, leaving Culleton to go after Timko's auto insurance under negligent driving claims...

...Hardwerk does not accuse Timko of routinely driving recklessly, or using profanities, in their children's presence. And there are no custody or child-support fights, and the lawsuit has not caused a rift between them, or between Timko and Kaitlyn, Hardwerk said...

..."There's no question ... the mother and her lawyer had to sue everybody," said Vidas, a Philadelphia lawyer who serves on the executive board of the American Bar Association's family law section. "The dad probably has no objection, and said, 'Do whatever you need to do because I can't support her.'"

I like this one:

http://www.loweringthebar.net/2011/07/lawsuit-demands-end-to-use-of-term-inmate.html

According to the New York Post, a new lawsuit demands that the state stop using the word "inmate" because it is offensive to the involuntarily freedom-challenged. Or, at least, the plaintiff demands that the state stop referring to her brother that way, alleging that he has suffered extreme mental anguish because, according to her, the word "inmate" implies that he has been "locked up for the purpose of mating with other men."

What about the Holy Hand-grenade of Antioch? Should it be under government control or should we all be able to have one of our own??!!!

I think that under freedom of religion, we all ought to have the rights to one.

This is surprising in any way? I would not be surprised if she/they won.
