Republicans will either tear it down completely or render it impotent.
A step in the right direction. Sadly, I think Republicans will either tear it down completely or render it impotent.
Nah, this is all just political grandstanding; it's here to stay. In ten years, the GOP will want to claim credit for Obamacare as its original idea back in the 1990s.

Hot salami bacon my brother.
Two peeves so far:
1) The reporting on prices and tax credits is confusing, especially since we, as consumers, never have to deal with the tax credit amount that the government pays the insurance company directly. And then there are the potential subsidies, but those aren't reported as numbers alongside the premium.
2) Making small budget people buy "bronze" plans feels wrong. I mean, I already thought it was wrong because I am a Socialist. But the labeling of it just irritates me. Is it the infantilizing? The rubbing it in your face that you are being forced to buy an inferior product?
I still don't understand why there is such resistance against making it easier for people to get health insurance and care.
