Heavy Metal or Classical: What do plants prefer?

This is most probably an old UL that I'm sure many here are familiar with: playinga plant classical music to "aid" its growth or heavy metal to p*ss it off. I'm wondering if any studies have been done regarding this and where I might find the findings.

Feeding your Venus Fly Trap any kind of "people food" will kill it. Venus Fly Traps actually thrive better on sunlight and moderate water than a consistant diet of flies (their "mouth" will remain closed anywhere from 3 days to a week after it catches a fly). Flies have very little to offer the plant.
