Inmate escapes using toilet-paper gun

A prison inmate who escaped by brandishing a fake gun made of toilet paper, tape and black ink was captured four days later after a gunfight with police on a busy Omaha street.

Gee, no one was hurt.. I wonder if the police, in the interest of fairness, used toilet paper guns also?

Considering the subsequent gunfight I am assuming he finally got a hold of the real thing.

It takes a lot of nerve to take on the cops armed only with spit-wads.
