I think the verdict is that he's an illegitimate PM (not according to the rules, but in popular opinion), having been appointed with no contest by his party and fumbling that election talk.

GB's Prime Ministery has caused me to develop a mild case of political narcolepsy; I tend to have a hard time staying awake when he's on-screen.

That being said, just look at the opposition parties... A real bunch a live-wires I'm sure you'll agree.
