Good Place for CHEAP bare-bones but not too slow PC's

Hello.


I'm looking for a source of PC's which are relatively cheap but have a decent amount of processor power (something like p4 2.6-2.8 or athlon XP 2800). I'd really like to find a complete system (IE: has video and drives and everything).

But the computer doesn't really need anything beyond the minimums aside from processor. IE: A small hard drive, basic cd rom and integrated graphics would be fine. If need be, I can buy and install these seperately, but it'd save some time and effort if they were good to go.

i know I could do ebay, but I'd like a consistant source of these.


Basically, they are to be black-box servers, running linux and remote admin. I already have the hard drives that I'd like to put in em, and I'd kind of like to have a seperate data and boot drive...(hence the small drive out of the box).


Anyone know where I can find something like this? At a low price?

I've bought a couple barebones systems from http://www.pcboost.com, and have been pretty happy with them. Prices were reasonable.

You could always use http://www.pricewatch.com - always a good source for cheap retail computers parts.

PC Direct has configurable barebones(no hard drive) PCs and they do have small hard drives you could add for around $20
