And the most compelling evidence of that--if you don't want to dig through the statistics yourself--is that no insurer, anywhere in the world, charges more for travel through the area. Those guys will charge more at the mere hint of a statistical blip!

not to mention that the Bahamas are actually in the Bermuda triangle and the only mysterious thing there is the thriving scrap metal business
