Ghost sells on eBay for $65,100

I have GOT to do something like this! Ethics be damned...

I'm sure that if I collect enough toe-jam in a jar, some quirkyalone would pay a squillion to buy it on eBay.

I think someone on this forum should put some funny iten on E-bay and make up a story about it...make sure it's paranormal and supernatural though.

Maybe a ritz cracker an alien gave you or something like that.

And Let's just see how many people actually look at it...and/or Bid on it.

If you make up some elaborate story about aliens giving you some strage cracker,Im willing to bet that you will get tons of bids on it.

And be sure to post the link up so we can all see how gullible people are.

Well they did the religious schtick with the grilled cheese, and then the ghost thing. Those categories are taken.

I think someone should bottle a fart and try and sell it.

Maybe from someone famous like Ann Coulter. She could provide two gas samples, one from the mouth and one from the butt. We could have a lab certify if there was any difference and sell it along with the two bottles.

Ann Coulter says things like (not direct quotes) "People have to stand up to terrorists. Those Americans who are against Bush are traitors. Patriotic Americans must stand up and be counted -- they must hold their ground and stand firm against the threat from traitors and terrorists!"

Then, she sees a terrorist custard pie coming at her, and what does she do?

Boy, can that girl run!

Yeah the pie thing was in Arizona, -sniff- I was so proud of the little terrorists.

She's a hottie though! One can only imagine what difficult courses and life experiences she's had to endure to become a media pundit.

Haunted Wheelchair

Maybe someone has already......

But it is NO Joke :D

Okay, let me see if I've got this straight....

There are people who:

---'See' Jesus and the Vigin Mary on anything and everything, from a building's glass to a misshapen tree to an oil slick to a piece of food

---Pay 'psychics' to talk to their deceased relatives (who, in turn, never really talk to their relatives, just use generalities provided by the 'experts'), as well as use 'psychics' to talk to their PETS

---Believe in spoonbending as a power so mysterious, it defies explanation

---Sell (and buy) ghosts, spirits, auras, souls, etc. (and pay big money without even blinking)

---Claim to be able to channel 'Atlantean Warriors' from thousands of years past (and, for some strange reason, always give descriptions of Atlantis in other-worldy terms, trying to place it as a place too advanced for mere mortals to comprehend)

---Say they're actually reincarnations of people from the past--and, they are NEVER beggars, common workers, and the like; they're always Royalty! What, the poor can't afford to send their souls into other bodies?

.....and, so on.

And yet, Skeptics are the 'crazy' ones, the ones who don't understand, who are closed-minded and unenlightened, simply because we ask questions of the people who make these claims.

Well, I may be closed-minded, unenlightened, crazy, and the rest, but at least I didn't spend $65,000 on something I can't see!

That's a lot to pay for a ghost! I was about to buy a soul on E-bay but it closed at $50.

Ya know, since Fundies don't think skeptics even have souls, couldn't we put ours up for sale? I mean, why keep them, if we don't use them? :D
