The Damfino's is the name of the Buster Keaton Appreciation Society. Damfino is the name of a boat in one his his great silent films. In one scene wherein Buster is stranded at sea with a woman, she asks him what he thinks will happen to them, to which he replies (without a title card - you must read Buster's lips), "Damfino!"

Damfino what this applicant is claiming.

I've written to him asking for more info, while requesting that he consult an English translator when composing his reply.

of course everybody will be the best and you will get a lot of letters regarding paranormal challenges.

But believe me, I am not interested in your 1 Mio prize. I only would now what is different between me an other.

Measurement results of mine can be recorded by a Bio-Magnetometer (nano area) of Bio Physik Mersmann Co.

You are also able to find this out in your own measurements and the results are for me a further satisfaction.

If we want to spend time for nothing we can do that but we should push this matter.

Please note that in Germany the school-medicin is not willing to support me an you are the only one in my opinion who can help me.

a response and clarification....

I just received the following email from this applicant, in clarification of his claim. I have accepted his claim and referred him to GWUP, in Germany, where he resides.

Dear Mr. Kramer,
I claim to be able to locate underground waterveins and electromagnetic radiation from electrical sources by means of a pendulum.

When I stand directly over the source of radiation, the pendulum swings back and forth. If I am standing to the left of the source, the pendulum rotates to the right. Likewise, if I am standing to the right of the source, it rotates to the left.

Should the radiation source be quite strong, the pendulum will quiver in a vertical position over the source.

If the radiation source is covered with a piece of paper or a cotton cloth, the pendulum comes to rest.

As evidence I can show the following:

In the cellar of a house I will search for a watervein or a device emitting electromagnetic radiation (e.g. a cellular phone or electrical appliance) which is turned on. My pendulum will show me the location as described above.

Next I will go into a room above the cellar and search for the radiation source in the cellar. The pendulum will reveal the new location of the radiation source.

As soon as the radiation source in the cellar is covered by a wollen cloth or paper, or if a plastic cup is placed upsidedown over the source, my pendulum will immediately begin to come to rest.

If, then, the cloth or cup is removed, the pendulum will begin swinging again.
