Has he said this before? AFAIK that's the most specific (and I use that term loosely) description of the mythical "new investigation" that I've heard.

But how is this a new independent investigation that truthers send letters to Santa about?

Truthers, what do you think about your hero wanting a federal trial?


And how do you get a jury "investigation" (I think you mean a trial, Dick) by running a petition you haven't lodged anywhere? I am not a lawyer, but I've worked in a court system, and I've never heard of a trial being conducted as a result of a petition.

The "criminal cover-up" of what? 10 years on and truthers still cannot define what they want investigated. And they all lead off with "it looks like CD therefore it is CD...." which in any rational setting is the easiest thing to prove false. There could well have been shortcomings in the political management processes which would be a legitimate aspect to look at. But tying a possibly legit political goal to the dead set loser of claiming CD at WTC (no plane at pentagon, shot down at Shanksville) is the sure fire way of not getting heard on the political scene.

I remember at one point watching Shyam Sunder to see what he would do next. I can't quite remember the exact details but I knew that he would go from being a possibly deluded investigator to being a full-scale conspirator. Unfortunately he chose the latter route and now may have to face a grand Jury. If he sticks around that is.

NIST falls under the Dept. of Commerce I think which was based in the Whitehouse when the order to investigate was given. It goes to the top I'd say.

In order for someone to be investigated for some sort of crime, there must be legitimate evidence of said crime. In this case, there isn't so much as a single piece of paper that in any way implicates a single person in any sort of cover up. Not sure what evidence he thinks he has. My guess would be that this is a lobby to get more money from his followers. Another scam that bill smith will be happy to fall into.

I see to recall a similar claim made by CM regarding a certain lawsuit that landed in the 2nd Circuit Appeals Court.......and how that was going to change things. The troofer claims would be found to be cynical delusions and fantasies, just like every other time.

What's there to say about this? His whole view of the "conspiracy" is based on painfully mistaken interpretations - oh, let's be blunt: misrepresentations - of the collapse. Quite the article from Slate. I was at first, getting a little pissed that they are giving these goons the MSM "airtime" that they crave. After reading the most recent one...it makes them look like the idiots that they are.

Indeed.

Gage need to charge someone with a crime first to get a trial underway. What does he think NIST is guilty of? Covering up a "crime" that doesn't exist?

He can't accuse someone of covering up a crime that hasn't been shown to be done - there is no legal precedent for an inside job existing. That's like accusing someone of murder when the "murdered" person is still alive and kicking.

First he needs to prove in court that there was an inside job, then he can go about charging people with covering it up.

Plus, I don't think "covering up a crime" is a criminal charge. Gage's demands are so vague it's insane.
