Then again, as somebody previously suggested, maybe it's a good thing that these people reject modern medicine. With a bit of luck they'll all die out and improve the gene pool.

OK, so maybe that's too much to hope for, but it's a comforting thought.
 
This stuff sickens me. I tried reading an antivax forum once, and couldn't handle more then a few minutes before I felt nauseous.

That's how it's supposed to work, but anti-vaxxers apparently have, like, a +20 uninsightful bonus on their will saves versus logic, or something like that. That, and they dodge pretty well, too.

I looked it up. Vermin are immune to mind effects. I recommend a good old fashioned magic missle.
 
Magic Missiles are for wimps! I suggest a Bigby's Crushing Fist, followed by Silence (10' radius) so they can't complain.
