Fox News racism exposed

As much as I dislike FOX for lazy, sensational, partisan 'news', and as much as I dislike the influence Beck has on some people, Beck does not speak for FOX News. He's on it, but he's not the only one on it. I seriously doubt that FOX itself has a racist slant, although I'm betting more than a couple of it's employee's do.

They condone it, they provide a platform for it. Good enough for me.

Weren't you just saying in the Chris Matthews thread that MSNBC is not responsible for what he says?

Is there a double standard here?

this is his response to that thread...

Thunder: "Oh so Chris Matthews speaks for MSNBC!?? Well then Glenn Beck speaks for FOX News!!"

Perhaps someone could point out the top ten racist things Glenn Beck has said on that page. I didn't see anything racist at all.

I have known a few racists that did not understand what they believe is racist. I know one guy that thinks "interbreeding" is wrong, but still believes he is not racist.

you should understand many of the Left's mindset on this subject...

If you are on the Right politically, then by definition, you're a racist...at least according to them

So, in their opinion, any 10 clips of Beck (or anyone on the Right), are 10 racist clips.

Hmm...looks like Sean Hannity has a relationship with bigot Hal Turner. That's more Fox News racism for ya.

http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/hannity/transcript/obama-says-racism-key-component-tea-party-new-book

oh look, Hannity attacks Obama for pointing out the clear racism of the Tea Party.

and here's racism from popular FNC guest, Laura Ingraham. I'm sure she is on the FNC payroll.

how can people watch Fox News and source them, when the company makes such right-wing racist, bigoted, and hateful remarks?

how can Conservatives swear by such an evil corporation?

Didn't you just recently complain that Chris Matthews didn't speak for MSNBC.
Honest mistake, I'm sure. Cause we all know Chris Mathews is the CEO, majority shareholder, and spokesperson for MSNBC.

Now you do the exact same thing.

I guess I should have finished before I commented. More than one noticed the same thing.

Racism is enshrined in the book that Joseph Smith wrote, which Mormons believe to be divine revelation from God, correct? Some face-saving PR would not trump sacred scripture to a fundie, which I would suspect Beck of being.

Good thing for me that I'm not a Beck fan and have never gotten his whole chalk board history lesson paranoid schtick...

I have become enlightened by the truth.

I now understand that regular guests and paid employees of cable news networks (other than janitors and night watchmen) speak for their respective employers and represent the views of their respective employers.

I've repeatedly said I'm no fan of Beck and his paranoid FOX News schtick...but I'm wondering, and perhaps you have and I missed it, but you never seem to distance yourself from the rantings of Chris Matthews.

oh well...
