Victoria Jackson (SNL cast member 1986-1992) is rather upset over the new president. She posted a blog with some scathing accusations.

... Obama legally kills babies and now he can legally kill Grandmas! [through socialized medicine]

Hitler did this. He killed the weak, the sick, the old, and babies and races/religions he didn’t like. Hitler also controlled the media. (Where’s the public debate between scientists on “Climate Change/Global Warming?”) Hitler had the VW bug invented as the state car. What will O’s nationalized car be? So… kill off the weak. That’s the plan...

See, this is the downside to the Instant Media Age. It's clogged with self-important wingnuts who are under the delusion that people care what they think.
 
You must have missed an earlier thread about how she said that Obama was actually the antichrist. Maybe I'll try to find it when I get home.

I have never understood why anyone, and especially the media, cares what entertainers or athletes think about politics.
 
I always assumed she just played an idiot on SNL. Turns out, she wasn't acting at all.
 
What's the old saw -- good for either right-wingers or left wingers -- the first one to drop the word "Hitler" into a debate (other than about Nazi Germany) loses?
 
Between this and the Palin/George Washington comparasion that heascratcher4 has a thread about, this a banner day for really,really, bad comparasions.
 
And I'm on the east coast...so there's still time for more....I wonder, maybe Ensign's parents giving his mistress and family $96K will find its way into some nice, OTT comparison? ;)

Last time I checked Victoria Jackson hasn't entertained anyone, even in her SNL days in which she was merely a background player to real comedians.

So...she is an athlete now? What sport?

I blame/credit Jackson for helping Franken beat Coleman in Minnesota. Her last minute ad with Ratzenberger, Stephen Baldwin, et al, was meant to show Hollywood types are not all pinko commies. Unfortunately for Coleman, her dotty "Go Vikings!" closing to the commercial left viewers with a lasting impression that the ditzy ones are Republicans.
 
If she'd said it while jumping rope naked, I might have paid attention to her comment.

As is, well, who effin' cares?
