If the "Smiley Face Satanic Killers" thread about young men being (possibly) drowned by mysterious killers who mark the spot with smiley faces is just coincidence, how about this:

Authorities in Vancouver say that over the last several months four disembodied feet have washed up on shores in the area. All right feet, and all wearing socks.
No footless corpses or other body parts have appeared.

Naturally, there is considerable speculation....

The authorities are holding out for plane crash victims who's bodies have never been recovered or something similar, but the coincidence of all the feet being right and wearing socks seems a bit odd.
DNA tests are being conducted. So far, no footless individuals have come to claim the bits.

It's detritus from a secret undersea genetic stem cell cloning laboratory.

They'll discover when they analyze the DNA that all four feet have the same DNA, thus came from the same person!

Somewhere out there is a leaky tank full of just feet. Live, unattached, cloned feet.

It's either supersecret evil government types, or it's being funded by foot fetishists. Or both.
