Didn't work for me either. You can get to the main page at harrahs.com though. I don't know if there's supposed to be a special page for TAM, or a special code to get the TAM rate.

The Flamingo knows nothing of TAM6. I just called there(1-888-902-9929) and, according to the reservations agent, the meeting is not listed in their computer.
