I don't care about any aspect of the news story whatsoever. I just thought this was technically interesting. This is the photo that some are calling fake, mainly due to a sharp line of pixels on Fidel Pinko's lower hand:

Then I tried posing just the same way that he is, holding a paper of about the same size while lounging. I found that it is terribly awkward to support the paper on the side he is grabbing with his left hand. It would be much more comfortable to grip the other side, especially if you have fat arms and a big tummy.

Even I felt this was an unnatural pose, and I am regular-sized in all respects. I call that grounds for war.

That photo does bring up a lot of interesting questions. Such as, why is Castro trying out for the Men's U.S. Relay team?

Me thinks that El Presidente Castro has been dipping in the Grecian formula. That beard is looking awfully dark nowadays.

Perhaps it is actually due to Photoshop?
