Well, that wraps it up, problem solved.

Former Australian cricketer Shane Warne has cast doubt on the theory of evolution, observing that if all humans really did evolve from monkeys, “then why haven’t those ones [monkeys today] evolved?”

He offered his own view – that extraterrestrials intervened in the process – during Monday’s episode of the Australian series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
...
“Maybe they turned a few monkeys into humans and said, ‘Yeah, it works’,” Warne replied.

Warne is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he certainly doesn't lack self esteem.

Obviously being one of the best leg spinners in the game is a great qualification to understand evolutionary biology. Next up - Viv Richards on General Relativity.

The evolution of man from ape like creatures is one of the most effective lies told in all of history. No proof exists for this, only speculation as wild as that in the OP.

A creationist demands proof! General hilarity ensues.......

Yeah you tell em.

Apart from fossil evidence, genetic evidence, the molecular clock, evidence from proteins, vestigial and atavistic organs, embryology, biogeography and inter-continental drift, homology, DNA, endogenous retroviruses, pseudogenes, antibiotic and pesticide resistance, artificial selection, experimental evolution, and speciation what evidence has science actually got for evolution?

Assuming for a minute that you genuinely believe this, would it shake your belief if you actually read what the evidence is for both human evolution and evolution by Natural Selection in general?

If so, take at look at: http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/homs/species.html

At the very least you should understand what science has to say even if it just confirms your misunderstanding.
