Wilson, taken live at the Dinner Talk for the NSW Skeptics.
Dr Wilson is a graduate of Goldsmiths' College (where she worked with
Dr Chris French) and teaches Psychology and Anomalistic Psychology at
the University of Tasmania. Her specialties are the psychology of
belief, cognitive factors involved in paranormal belief and
experience; memory distorions including misinformation effects, memory
conformity and false memories for both normal and ostensibly
paranormal events.
She speaks to us about her recent appearance on the popular current
affairs show 'Today Tonight' and a 'child psychic' story -- as well as
revealing great news about a forthcoming course, 'The Science of
Self-Deception'!
