The Basics of end time Bible prophecy

The Final 7 years

If the Bible is true, then a man who is also called Antichrist in the Bible has to rise. He will be a peace maker and very wise in the beginning. In the beginning the Antichrist will solve many of the world's problems, he will be considered great in the eyes of most in the world. The Antichrist will make a peace agreement in the middle east, especially with Israel. He will also break that peace agreement 3 1/2 years after it is signed. This future Antichrist will eventually be killed and then come back to life. Then this Antichrist will also be able to display supernatural power. The Antichrist will eventually demand that everyone take a buying and selling mark, and that they give their allegiance to him. This future Antichrist will also eventually have control of all nations on earth. The Antichrist will also ultimately make the claim he is God and demand worship. The Antichrist will begin murdering all who refuse to worship him as God, or take his buying and selling mark. None of these things have yet happened, so if the Bible is true they all must come to pass in the future.

Gosh, I better believe because this is the first time ever in the history of the forum has someone posted something like this.

Or, more likely, this is the same nonsense that's been posted 666 times in the past.

Eschat, you tell us nothing new and there are a few people here who probably know the bible better than you. So, if you would like to discuss this then pick what you believe is the main point of your post and we can start there. As it is, you aren't going to get a very positive response by trying to preach at us.

I'm not sure absolutely. The Antichrist will work with another man at the end. He is called the false prophet, most likely some world church leader. I agree with the point of view of the author of these excerpts. He does not say absolutely that this man is the one, but he takes him to to top of the list and says to watch him carefully.

The name he gave is: Henry Kissinger

He also talks about the 666 calculation of his last name. Look in my profile for the website for the link to the website.

I'm sure you won't be posting again because you've "done your duty," but can I ask what it's like to live your entire life on the premise that an ancient fairytale is true? I mean, I could sort of understand it if you were alive back when it was all written and people weren't quite as educated, but when people are still looking for an antichrist thousands of years later, that's just pathetic.

Where's the laughing dog emoticon? Henry Kissinger? Is he even relevant anymore?

It's a fairytale written centuries ago, and every generation has several possible antichrists. When will you give up the ghost already?

You have to read the Bible to see what happens to them. I hope you change your mind before that time comes.
 
MY REQUEST OF YOU

Friend, I'm NOT asking you to receive organized Christianity, I'm NOT asking you to go to any church. Besides many of the churches have become corrupt just as Jesus predicted. However I am asking you to pray the following in the privacy of your home, or in the place of your choice.

Ask this in your own way, ask something like this, "Jesus Christ if you are the truth, this in spite of your followers that have hurt me, then help me believe. Teach me supernaturally by your Holy Spirit and prove yourself to me personally outside of churches made with walls. That is the best I can do today. Amen

That simple prayer above is more than enough for Jesus to begin the process, so be sure to ask him today, because in reality you have no promise for tomorrow, only today. If you pray that prayer shown above Jesus Christ will save you and give you the gift of faith supernaturally.

I did this, and nothing happened.

What should I do about that?
 
If your god is as petty as you say, I will do all in my power to resist him.
If I am powerless, than I will endure the agony of his judgement as long as I possibly can secure in the knowledge I am morally superior to this tyrant who chooses to act upon technicalities and rules rather than literal truth and pure intentions.

The funny part about Armageddon is at the end of it all, according to the bible your God offers everyone in the pit one last chance, after clearly demonstrating beyond a shadow of a doubt all this primitive and bleak BS you have faith in actually exists. No faith required, and I doubt anyone will refuse after centuries or even hours of hell. So all this stuff about eternal damnation and faith is contradicted if Revelations is a fact. Sure, there may be some torture and all, but not eternal.

At that point, my bitterness over all these ethical issues should be seared from my mind, and I will be a mindless broken sheep overcome with bliss to worship your disgusting deity.

What I wonder about Christians is why they in any way want to oppose the Antichrist, beyond refusing his mark of course. All these silly ideas about stopping him mean you're also stopping God's plan. I'd think you'd be overjoyed and be clamoring to usher in this leader, or at least you'd step aside and let things pass. It's odd to see so many Christians accusing people like Barack Obama of being the Antichrist, or Ross Perot, or whomever,... insinuating they should be stopped or thwarted. And don't get me started on the movies.

Would this be the same bible that claims this is going to happen when those that personally knew jesus are still alive?

May I see proof of the mailability of the Law of Conservation of Matter? To wit, please multiply dead, dried, salted (or smoked) fish in sufficient quantitates to feed say 5000 people. If you're feeling ambitious do the same with some bread (I like chibata if you take requests). In the alternative, grow back the two fingers my father-in-law cut off with a table saw (long story). Before we start worrying about taking any specific action with regard to the Bible why don't you prove the contents there off are even possible. Thanks.

What do you think is happening in the world? Do you have hope after 6,000 years of failed history that man can keep from using nuclear weapons on themselves?

Even those in the new world order know that. That is whay they are trying to create an effective NWO, because without it man has no hope. That is their press not God's.

Even secular non believing scientists are saying the end is within 30 - 50 years if we don't change course. So go tell it to your fellow non believers: End of discussion. What makes people continue on past this? Ignorance? Will to believe? Hope for discord? Fascination with destruction?

They talk about it more than most Christians. Actually more than most Christians.
