A lovely girl told me I shouldn't eat standing up yesterday. Something about 'your body will think you haven't eaten' or something. I couldn't argue with her cos of lack of evidence (and cos she's devastatingly attractive). But I do know that I have felt perfectly sated after eating a massive doner while walking back home at 3am.
Anyway, is there any evidence to suggest ANY difference, negative or otherwise, between eating standing up and eating sitting down?
