A while ago, I remember reading an essay (or maybe it was a forum post somewhere) stating that we've "already found" a cure for breast cancer, and that that cure was to detect them early on and remove them before they get a chance to become malignant.
Assuming regular mammograms and breast self-exams, is this enough to prevent malignant cancer in all cases?
