As some of us who follow Dr. MAS's career with barely stifled giggles will know, he supposedly made a major presentation on the 23rd of April to a packed house. And what was the subject of MAS's presentation? I quote:

Do you know anything about Hair Transmission Therapy or "transmission therapy" which claims that homeopathic treatement can be done without physical presence of patient or by remote transmission, just by using hair (skin & other parts can also be used) of patient? It is claimed to be very succesful & effective. In one type matching remedy is just touched to root of hair AND in other type any length of hair is dipped in a corked fitted bottle filled with a solution of one pill dissolved in distilled water & keeping some part of hair above bottle to be used as antena.

I constantly find myself in the situation of:
reading an outrageous claim,
mentally awarding it 'the most outrageous claim I've ever read',
convince myself I will never ever read anything more outrageous,
come across across something even more outrageous and start the process again

Placing human hair in any garden keeps away the neighborhood cats. Animals feel the presence of the owners via the hair...

Wonder if I will ever reach a zenith of outrage?

I think if we had more trained psychiatrists in the world, there'd be a LOT more people declared non compus mentus.

We might need more mental homes than prisons.

1) Come up with a system to sell plain tap water. Claim 'magical' properties
2) Claim that you can apply this system remotely using only a strand of hair
3) Eventually claim you can apply this system remotely over the Internet by the user touching their monitor screen
4) PROFIT!!

Sounds a lot like Voodoo. You get some of a person's hair or fingernail clippings, use it in making a clay doll, then whatever you do to the doll happens to the person. Stick pins in the doll, the person feels pain in that spot. Its the principle of action at a distance, like makes like, etc. etc. Only in "transmission therapy", you can "cure" the person at a distance. It's not just a pagan concept, its animism. Just can't get away from the old religions, can we? Woowoo begets Voodoo.

It works for deer, too...for about a week, then they seem to realize that the hair odor won't hurt them and they go back to feasting on your vegetables and ornamentals. Not sure how long it works on cats, but probably a similar time.

Not vibrations, crystals deal with them. “Antena” (plural: Antenas?) detect auras.

I’ll explain this briefly.

Auras come in different colors, and the color of light is determined by its frequency. However, auras are slightly different than light, hence why most people can’t detect them.

Now an antenna is used to pickup frequencies, think of your car radio here. Since an “antena” is slightly different from an antenna it is used to detect auras.

See how this works? :D
 
Let's see if I got this straight... an "antennna" can pick up spirits from other dimensions, and an "antennnna" is nigh unto omniscient, second in rank only to the Archangel Gabriel. OTOP, an "antea" is insensible to all vibrations, auras, frequencies, radiances, influences, confluences, affluences, fluences, and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.

Scientists are baffled.(tm)
 
And here I thought the yogic flying program I saw had ruined me for new forms of idiocy.
