POWERS AND ABILITIES TO BE DEMONSTRATED
To have on hand, a Spine Chart, or (charts) as the case may be.
Step One: By holding a pendulum over each of the 32 vertebrae, with NO NAME on the bottom line, it is evident that the pendulum is not activated. Therefore, no energy of the spine is able to be recorded.
Step Two: By holding the pendulum over each of the 32 vertebrae, and with a known name (first and last name of a person known to be in existence), written on the line at the bottom of the page energy will be activated. Beginning with the first vertebrae I will hold the pendulum (either a silver medal on a fine chain or a string and crystal) directly over the space indicated for the first vertebrae, if there is energy there, the pendulum will rotate in a clockwise direction, if there is NO energy, the pendulum will NOT rotate. The detection of energy by the pendulum, Just Being Held in my hand with no added movement of my hand is, of course, the most important step in detecting paranormal phenomenon.
Step Three: (more easily explained verbally after the first two steps have been completed.) By joining the main color of the first active vertebrae in column A, with the lowest complimentary color in column B, bridges are made...at the end of this process, the active vertebrae which remain unbridged are the areas which need attention. If there are no unbridged vertebrae, we have what is called a perfect spine chart. I will then refer to my color file for unbridged vertebrae and dowse the subject to be discussed for treatment.
Step Four: I have two proposals. I describe them below. I can do both of these, or, just one. And as many spine charts as you wish. Each chart takes 15 to 20 minutes.
#1 Keeping in mind the importance of non-variables in order to prove the validity of the spine chart, I could do spine charts of the persons found in the daily obituaries of any newspapers. As the pendulum would show, there is no energy in the physical vertebrae of deceased persons. However, I have discovered in doing the spine charts of deceased persons that there IS energy in the mental and usually some in the emotional vertebrae of deceased persons. The only exception to this would be the appearance of a perfect chart among the deceased which occurs maybe once in 20 charts.
#2 Names of persons would be presented who wish to have their spine charts done. Later, after consulting with them concerning the unbridged vertebrae in their chart, their testimony would be the relevant evidence.
I could also demonstrate the principal on non-variance by a demonstration of my own chart and that of a friend. Both our charts have been the same for three years.
Looking forward to your response, I am
Sincerely,
Donna DiMarco

Dear Ms. DiMarco,
We are in receipt of your JREF Paranormal Challenge application and claim letter. Thank you for submitting them to us for review.
Much of your claim letter and test protocol proposal is confusing to us, as there are several non-clinical terms (such as "emotional vertebrae") which we are unfamiliar with. In point of fact, we cannot even state confidently that we understand what it is exactly that you are claiming the ability to demonstrate, and you must be clear on that before we can proceed.
However, allow me to ask you this, in an effort to simplify matters;
If we randomly choose the names of 20 individuals, some of whom are living and some of whom are dead, can you identify them as living or dead? If so, how many times do you propose (out of 20) that you would be correct?
Or, as an alternative suggestion in relation to your "Step 4; #1", if we presented you with 20 obituaries, some of which were actual obituaries from newspapers and some of which were falsified obituaries from persons still living, can you correctly identify the real ones? And, if so (out of 20), how many times?
I look forward to your reply.
24 hours later, my head is still spinning.
