J-L's been at this for a while - he also has a podcast called Making Podcasts Great Again where he does this (here's a link to their twitter account), and he sometimes appears on another comedy podcast, The Black Guy who Tips.

ETA: this is why it's vocal impersonation only - he's a comedian who mostly does this on podcasts and comedy shows (on CD, I think), so he specializes in the voice and words, rather than body effect.
