The flamboyant wife of Israeli Interior Minister Silvan Shalom published an "inappropriate joke" about US President Barack Obama on her Twitter account, only to later delete it and apologise.
"Do u know what Obama Coffee is? Black and weak," Judy Shalom Nir-Mozes wrote to her 74,400 followers.
Online shock, condemnation and accusations of racism later led her to delete the incriminating tweet.

"I apologise, that was a stupid joke somebody told me," she wrote on her @JudyMozes Twitter account in English.

Weak joke. At least play with the expectation a bit.

Obama coffee: half cream but everyone thinks it's black.

Obama coffee: starts sweet, ends bitter.

Obama coffee: Black, bitter, fair trade.

Obama coffee: He knows his Columbia products!

Obama coffee: Made in the USA. Seriously. No, really, at every stage. The paperwork is all on file and everything. It's right here. Yes Hawaii is part of the USA. Come on, it's got the seal on it!
 
I dated an art student in college that was like truck stop coffee: bitter, dark and more expensive than I expected.

The Syrian "red line" is the classic example of weakness in international affairs. Lack of transparency despite claims to the contrary; the farcical spin that we are defeating ISIS yet have no plan a year later. His inability to even work within his own party. His constant resort to insults and his petty self-absorbed reactions. His repeated interference with the course of justice in non-national matters like the beer-summit and the Trayvon Martin homicide. Let's not forget his sniping and insults at the Supreme court. His unwillingness to take a stand or make hard decisions on issues like Keystone pipeline.

How is he not weak ?

In the Navy they tell of the guy who asked for his coffee boiling hot. The cooks were confused.

"You can't drink coffee that hot!"

"I don't plan to. I'm just going to stick my hand in it and the pain will keep me awake."

I have to admit I considered that plan more than once.

I've been trying to figure that out.
She didn't bring up his blackness in a negative way. But it's as close as one can get to a racist joke without actually going over the line.
I hate that she would be so publicly disrespectful of a sitting POTUS.

Oh give me a break. To say that the OP is even ISF forum newsworthy is a stretch, and there are a lot of pointless threads here. For the record, I think Obama is a truly awful President, and on foreign policy matters, he is extremely weak. I say this publicly. Do you hate that?

It's truly ridiculous how overprotective Obama supporters are of his fragile reputation. Many of these are the same people who smiled approvingly at Bushitler signs. I guess double standards are better than no standards at all, amirite?
