He's the man, and he'd like the vote (or crown).

I also like the way that anyone who is not a catholic is an uninformed parasite on society who seeks to destroy the country.
But the last bit is the best. How well *would* an 'implement monarchy' party work in the US? is it even allowed?

Could they not work just like any other party? They would need to get elected, get majority, and then amend the constitution though to actually implement a monarchy.
 
It seems like there might be more than the two categories of "informed" and "ignorant" on offer. Oh, wait, this is the Catholic Church, right?

He started off with an okay premise - that uninformed people voting is not desirable. Of course, then he immediately goes off the deep end. Wow. Just... wow.
