CAIRO, Egypt - A court threw out a lawsuit against President Hosni Mubarak on Tuesday, saying it had no jurisdiction to rule on whether he broke any laws by refusing to appoint a vice president. Lawyer Essam al-Islambouli filed a suit against Mubarak last June, arguing he had violated the constitution by not appointing a vice president since he became head of state in 1981.

Vice president? Vice president? How can we possibly have a dictatorship if we have a vice president? ...case dismissed.
