Err, all he says is that his cousin lives near there. How does he propose to prove it was actually the shell Cheney fired? Fingerprint analysis? Then how does he prove it was the one that was fired into the guy's face?

yep...I would be confident to call BS on this one. IF the shell was disgarded, assuming its not a gas auto, I cannot see any chance of someone wandering onto it.....Even if it is from cheneys gun, how many shots that day missed the lawyer?

Cheney seems like an old fashioned guy. I'd be shocked if he had a new fangled gun (gas ejection?). It would be easier to imagine him with an iPod.
