Aaarrggghhh!!
Sitting here with the tele on in the background, there's a programme on BBC2 called "Castle in the Country".
They have a bloke on there, Patrick Harding, who talks about herbal remedies, but twice in separate programme's dear old John Craven has introduced him as going to tell us all about the "herbal and homeopathic remedies" to be found in hedgerows. What he has actually done each time I have seen him is give a fairly interesting and credible botanist's view of herbal remedies. Not a succussed sugar pill in sight. Just goes to show the way that homeopathy rides on the coat-tails of that slightly more respectable h-word.
