Occasionally I torture my mind with an evenig of coasttocoastam and almost hurt myself from so much eye rolling and laughing. The alien abduction experts irk me the most since they make the most outrageous claims without any sensible, skeptical voice to balance things out. David Jacobs is a prime example of someone that blurts out absolute nonsense on thise subject. He claims that as the population grows, there will be more and more abductions-actually that really translates to many more disturb people that claim to be abducted. Something else that makes this idea even less credible is there is no consistancy to what the aliens are doing here. John Mack tells us that their intent in benevolent, whereas Jacobs somehow assumes that the alien's motives are purely malovelent. Perhaps they're talking about different species, which are either good or evil.

Jacobs then goes on to say there are alien hybrids which are human in appearance but have some alien physiology. And that these are taken or rather stolen from women and raised on whatever planet or spacecraft the aliens inhabit. Talk about yer extraordinary claims. And all he has to go on is the testimony of these people and perhaps some unexplainable scars. I do wish, a wish that will never be granted I fear, that Phil Klass or Jim Oberg could be on the same show to counter this nonsense. I does happen once in a great while, but mostly the woo woo's are allowed to spout their verbal diharrea without opposition. Perhaps all of what I said is already well known, but I just felt like venting and I'm thankful that this forum is available for this purpose.

Oh Sooooo Right,

Most people recover thier memeories under hypnotic regression, a real warning right there!

No foot prints, no alien magazines or MRE containers, no alien defectors, no alien ships spotted by thousands of people.

The list goes on and on...

I might be out on a limb here, but I think that David Jacobs might actually make a buck or two on his regression sessions and writing books. He might even not believe in what he does, but as his work puts food on his table he goes on and on and on...
