Cryptomundo Incorporated formed

Well, whomever owned Cryptomundo also owned UFOmystic...

First of all, I have purchased the site, along with our sister site, UFOmystic from the previous owner.

If it wasn't Coleman - then who?

I peeked at UFO mystic. It's mostly fantasy like Crypto. Stuff in there about cattle mutilations and even Chupacabras. Nick Redfern (a blogger there) says that "Chupacabras" in the USA are diseased or mutated common animals, but that they end up with elongated front legs which makes them hop like a kangaroo? Wut?

Craig Woolheater is a blogger there too. So he has dual fantasy hobbies (Bigfoot and Aliens)?

ER also owns ForclosureMate.

"Mike is the first person I've found that is outstanding in both web design and development. In the past I've had to use separate designers and developers, which add cost, time, and complexity to any project. Mike has exceeded my expectations on all fronts, design, programming, and most importantly to me, customer service. What a find. Mike's a true asset to me and my many projects."

Because before, it was a .... (fill in the blank).

Has anything changed? Coleman is still writing the blogs as if nothing happened. Was he the previous owner and sold it to Craig?

Yep, you're right. In fact, it seems worse when there is no real news. They put on picts of a garden ornament looking at a girl's boobs and <boring> ask for more money AGAIN.

Make sure you check out the video of the white Bigfoot from PA (not). It's...just so silly.

I personally liked when Coleman was busted for running a tax-evading "museum" out of his house and was unabashedly begging for money to help pay back-taxes.
Shameless.

So that makes Coleman a deadbeat given past IRS issues or Craig is cashing in, or what?

My first question was: "What type of corporation?"

ie: is it an incorporated nonprofit? An incorporated society? An incorporated charity?

Since Eric Reed was the owner, he was probably paying Coleman to write the blogs. Now maybe Craig will be paying him to do the writing.

Back in December, Loren was asking his readers to buy him an A. boisei replica bust ($270) for his museum. Somebody did.

In February 2007, he was asking for a new computer. I think he may have deleted that blog but the link I provided gives a quote. I guess he got worse.

"Sorry to sign off folks, but things are not good. Forget about buying a new computer, I'm just struggling to stay online and keep the lights on. I'm serious."

But then he must have got better because he stayed and cooked.

I couldn't understand why he did not report on the Michigan Recording Project at all. He couldn't have overlooked it and it was extremely popular for months. Maybe he steered clear because of the Reed-->Woolheater-->TBRC connection. Either avoid it entirely, or blog about it being a hoaxy debacle. Who knows why, but it surprised me.

The site gets ad money. I usually hesitate to click on it.

Boing Boing has done wonders for them, I imagine.

I wasn't aware that this thread had anything to do with Cryptomundo.

And another apparent misconception on your part, Cryptomundo is not my "home". Cryptomundo is a privately owned blogsite that I contribute to. I very seldom contribute anything public on the site as I simply don't have much available time.

Seasons change...

Coleman is comparing somebody's criticism of his museum to the Haiti earthquake.

The collection of Sasquatchiana and monster swag housed in the new International Cryptozoological Museum seems more akin to a Museum of American History than Natural History. There is no good evidence to examine.

So let me respond to one rather typical but not uncommon type of passage from Ms. "I Doubt It" that is only a minor shudder in her attempt to collapse the infrastructure of my museum, as surely as the recent earthquake felled the National Palace in Haiti.
