Here is the red tape that is currently holding up the recharging of Earth's magnetic field as it continues its decrease toward Tesla zero. On 26th July 2005 the Planning and Regulatory Panel of Salisbury District Council refused English Heritage's application for excavation and removal of A-344 road beside Heelstone:

English Heritage's application, approved by the Northern Area Committee of Salisbury District Council at its meeting of 19th July 2005, was refused by the Planning and Regulatory Panel of Salisbury District Council on 26th July 2005, because it did not provide for excavating and removing the Heelstone artifacts:

English Heritage was very surprised, and disappointed, by Salisbury District Council's decision, but they now know the grounds for refusal are ones which can easily be resolved when English Heritage submits the amended scheme providing for the excavation and removal of the Heelstone artifacts and A-344 road.

The review will be taken forward by a steering group consisting of representatives from: the Department for Transport; the Department for Culture, Media and Sport; the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; the Highways Agency; the Government Office for the South West; and statutory advisers.

This is all rather strange. Looking for "Heelstone Artifacts" on Google seems to bring up nothing but replicas of Mr Denke's post dotted around various forums.
As for English Heritage recharging Earth's magnetic field, they seem to be doing this by building new visitor and access facilities. An unusual approach, if you ask me.

Perhaps the visitors pass through a turnstile and that's being harnessed to replenish the magnetic field?

As I understand it, the earth's magnetic field switches polarity fairly regularly. And, as I understand it, it's on its way towards switching polarity now.

I fail to see how a single road, or a set of objects (especially since most of those objects are non-magnetic), or even a whole building could have any possible effect on something as huge as the earth's magnetic field.

You'd think that power-generation systems (such as Niagara Falls and the Three Gorges Dam), with all their magnets, would have a bigger effect (which they don't, insofar as I know). Do particle accelerators have magnets in them?

Oh, wait, maybe, if it has to do with the items, that it's the magic that's going to do it. Silly me.

Of course, I could be wrong. ; )

OK, Garry, let me get this straight. Does the UK alone house the ley lines that control the recharging of the Earth's magnetic fields, or is this a subordinate project to a UN sponsored, multilateral recharging protocol that will sum the efforts and reverse the decline toward Tesla zero?

Do y'all up in Plano have a project going, or does the Trinity River's proximity create to great a band of interference and absorption?

PS

I think I just sprained an eyebrow supressing an eye roll.

Wow, these magnetic fields seem to be having some kind of dime dilation effect- a post made in 2005 got one responce at the time, Darat bumped it in 2006, and then Jackagirl bumped it again today.

After this post I don’t expect another until at least 2008.

Unless of course the reversal in polarity comes sooner, which will render your PC into so much slag and scrap plastic. :D

Saving a 7,500 mile wide planet massing some seven heptillion tons orbiting a star at 18.6 miles per second all depends on actions in a town in England, with local politicians serving their own interests, getting in the way of the solution?

Are you sure this isn't a Dr. Who episode?

How did you know I had a Packard Bell?

Oh wait, you used the future tense- this time bending stuff is getting to me... ;)

My old IBM PS/1 is still in the garage, since even the local recyclers of computers will touch it. :(

I was expecting at least one photo of a kitten already here. I'm not saying I'm disappointed, just found the lack odd.
