Well .... all the books I have read by those who around at the time would suggest that he was a "lunatic" in terms of esp etc before he went - so I don't think we can blame the moon trip.

Still, just another very sad day, obviously for his family and friends, but also for those of us who were alive when that great adventure occurred.

For some-one who actually knew just what it took to get into space his claim that we're surrounded by aliens has to be the saddest thing.
Now he's gone perhaps we can get on with reality
