I don't know if this topic has been brought up yet but according to this article from the FFRF a bible "college" that enrolls only 37 students is being funded amazingly well by the state government. I only wish NYS funded my college that well! The article states
It offers no academic classes, such as math or English, or degrees. It enrolls only 37 students who wish to "brush up on their Biblical knowledge," go into the ministry, or "learn what it means to become a fully committed follower of Jesus Christ."

Do you think this college should be getting such exorbitant amounts of funding?
