From Yahoo and AP. Terry Nichols, who helped plan and carry out the Oklahoma City bombing, was sentenced to 161 consecutive life sentences on Monday. Nichols issued a statement before his sentencing:
Nichols prayed "for everyone to acknowledge God," and to make God first in their life, the statement read.
I wonder whether the Almighty would be pleased with such an endorsement. Apparently such an endorsement is seen with favor in other terrorist circles.

I don't understand the point you are trying to make. Would you please clarify your intended meaning a bit more?

It seems reminiscent of any number of Riddick's threads. So while Brown gets to your question, perhaps Riddick could answer the same. For that matter, perhaps Riddick could tell us what he thinks of the validity of his tactics in light of this thread.

For one thing, it is ironic--if not outright hypocritical--for those who participate in mass murder of innocent citizens to urge others to be more religious.

For another thing, this sort of remark ought to be denounced by churches and religious believers, even if they agree with it. If Nichols were to use his little soap box to endorse any human product, service or endeavor, those who support such an enterprise would cringe to hear his endorsement. If Nichols had said, for example, "Everyone should be more health-conscious and eat more Wheaties," you can bet that the Wheaties folks would distance themselves from that remark, even if they agreed with it. Terry Nichols is the kind of supporter they don't need.

I find your opinion biased and based on inaccurate generalization. I can not agree with it.

Fine with me.

Are you a critical thinker?
My friend, I'm not going to answer vague questions or deal with vague criticisms. You asked for additional clarification and I gave it. At this point I have nothing further to add. Feel free to articulate your own point of view.
