Theoretically, that sounds easy to do. In actuality, it's a horror. Go to NASA's official page, www.nasa.gov and you'll see. Look over the entire page. The only likely button there is labeled, "Contact NASA" at the upper right. Okay, press it. On this next page, you'll find 3 more buttons labeled "Contact NASA," all of which bring you back to the page you're already on. Remaining on this set-up, there's only one likely way to go, at the top center: "Multimedia." Press. Now you see 2 more "contact NASA" buttons, but you'll ignore those. In fact, you're stopped dead. There's NO WAY to "contact NASA." Give it up.

The page in question (http://www.nasa.gov/about/contact/index.html) has an email address listed. Will that do?

It explicitly states about that email address: "The NASA Internet Services Group will respond as time permits to inquiries specifically regarding the Web site. We are unable to answer general questions about NASA or provide photographs, documents or research assistance"

has phone numbers for Public Affairs Officers, including Dolores Beasley.

It also says, "Members of the public wishing to contact NASA should send e-mail to the Public Inquiries office."

at public-inquiries@hq.nasa.gov

which is a different email address than the one on the "contact NASA" page mentioned previously.
