Does anyone have experience with either the Xerox Phaser 6250 or the Minolta Magicolor 3300?

I'm in the market for a fast color laser printer and those two seem like good choices. I'd jump on the Xerox, except that there are some negative reviews at Amazon.

I just bought a new Magicolor 2300W, because it was being run out for just $550, and they were including a duplex attachment for free, which normally costs another $500 or so, even though it is just a piece of pretty basic plastic to feed the paper in for another pass.

I bought it to replace a B&W laserjet 1300, which was an all in one fax/scanner, printer.

The biggest difference I noticed was the long time it takes to warm up, to save power, and when it is printing it is also noticably slower, as I believe the paper goes through four times, once for each color. (Also to reduce noise). Once it is going it is ok, and I really like the duplex feeder. You can make it default to B&W, which is how I like it, to reduce costs, and speed it up.

The 3300 sounds like it is newer. The 'W' means it has to be attached to a Windows computer, it cannot be networked directly.

If speed is a big issue, you might want to check out Okidata's Color LED printers. They're single-pass printers, so they don't have to cycle the paper or toner cartridges through the system 4 times, and they use lower fuser temperatures, which speeds warmup and cuts power consumption.
I haven't used these yet, but I've had pretty good experiences with Okidata and their mono LED printers. Their toner isn't absurdly expensive, either.
The C5150n (built-in networking) has good reviews on Amazon.
