CIA Remote Viewing

Hi,

During a discussion on remote viewing I was directed to the following document describing the CIA's experimentation with it.

I'm definitely not a believer in R.V and I'm full aware the document doesn't offer actual proof, just that there may be something to it - ie, interesting results, successes and failures. Obviously through chance alone successes and failures would be expected, but it seems at first glance the results show much than would be expected by chance.

What do you make of it?

Any input at all would be helpful.

Also, do you know if any experiments in association with the CIA/DOD are still taking place?

This is what you need: a genuine CIA paper written at the time of the experiments. You know that session that both papers mention in which the remote viewer amazingly describes a crane armed with only a set of co-ordinates? The truth is a little more mundane.
