What's wrong with a One World Government? All the ones you see on Star Trek seem to function pretty well. They don't seem to mind wearing uniforms at all.

How can Obama create something that already secretly exists and controls the entire world anyway?

A unified world government would be advantageous. Take situations like Dafur, those with the resources to put a stop to it can't because they are limited by national sovreignty. A world government wouldn't have to ask the locals for permission.

Seriously, I don't like the idea of a OWG simply because it would be inefficient. But most of these guys screaming about sovereignty probably don't know why the US declared independence from England in the first place.
 
Poverty in America is about not being able to afford a 42-inch plasma and an XBox360 for your kids. Poverty in Africa is about starving to death. It doesn’t quite compare, Chucky boy.
