I am able to make the hand of a human being grow. I do this with the power of my brain and my soul, translated into words.

To do the test I only need two chairs an a person to assist me. This person will be Miss Verena Heise.

We do not understand your claim. Please answer these questions:

1. For what person will you make a hand grow?
2. To what degree will the hand grow?
3. Will it grow in length, breadth or thickness?
4. How will this phenomenon be observed and proven?
5. Do you have previous evidence that you have ever caused a hand to grow?

For #5, above, what sort of evidence can be presented? (Affadavits or photographs are not satisafctory evidence.)

Do you have access to email? That would greatly expedite this discussion.

thank you for your letter vom June 22, 2005

1. I will make a hand grow for every person. Except those, who took drugs. (Maybe my explanation was not exakt enough: I can make the fingers of a person grow in length.) MIND OVER MATTER.
I believe, this ability is a phenomenon.

2.3.4. I don't know the degree to that the fingers grow. Perhaps two or three centimeters. When I begin the test I compare the two hands, after I have finished,I compare once more. So one can see the difference in length. You can observe the phenomenon with a camera - in slow motion (?).

5. I have no previous evidence that I ever made the fingers of a hand grow. I always did it in a private athmosphere. I did it with some friends of mine, with my son, with Ms. Verena Kretschmer - former Verena Heise. I can only prove it for the JREF in a pre-test,
together with Verena Kretschmer.

1. What drugs? Aspirin? Caffeine?

2/3/4. Can we decide on a minimum of 2 centimeters? Simple measurement with a scale will be sufficient? We would want to photograph the hand against a reference surface -- as illustrated. The measurements of the finger labeled "A" are 8.7 cm and 7.4 cm. The accuracy is within 2 mm.

5. What function will be performed by Verena Kretschmer?

YOU MUST COMMUNICATE ONLY WITH MR. KRAMER FROM NOW ON.

Verena Kretschmer will assist me in the test, as she did this before.

I never tried to make my own fingers grow. So I make the fingers of an assistant person grow, this person is Ms. Kretschmer. She is the only person who agreed to do the test with me, others feared, that their fingers would'nt go back to their natural length again.

Before we can make contact with GWUP for the testing of your claim, we need you to send us 3 notarized affadavits (signed statements) from 3 persons who have witnessed the phenomenon you claim. Once we have received these 3 documents, we can proceed.

thank you for your mail. After I t had thought about my ability to make fingers grow, I tested it with my OWN fingers - it worked. Maybe the GWUP has more ideas to test, what I am able to do.

OK, we are patiently awaiting those affidavits. Please be sure that they are written by reliable 3rd parties (such a doctors, legal professionals, teachers or university professors), and not from fellow occultists, family members, or Ms. Kretschmer.

I am no occultist. As I told you before, I did the finger-growing-thing in a private atmosphere. I am no professional magician. I never was part of a TV-show. I am a normal German housewife with special abilities.

So, please, tell me: from where could I get affidavits of teachers, professor, doctors etc.?

You make great demands on me. I cannot fulfil them and you know it. This is not fair.

It seems to me, that you are not really interested in arranging a pre-test for me.

You must try to understand that we receive many, many strange claims. Many people write to us to say that they can do extraordinary things. The first thing we usually ask of applicants who make hugely implausible claims is, "Has anyone else SEEN you do this?"

Many applicants convince themselves that they do extraordinary things, but are unable to offer any real evidence. Without some kind of testimony from persons other than yourself (persons who work in some kind of professional capacity), it would be impossible for us to find anyone in Germany to test your claim.

Contrary to what you have stated, we DO wish to see your claim tested. Sadly, we cannot come to Germany to do so ourselves, and we must depend on our associates in Germany to investigate claims on our behalf. Without some kind of evidence to offer them, they will not agree to volunteer to help us test your claim.

Regarding your questions: Do you not have a doctor? Why would it be so very difficult for you to demonstrate this hand-growing phenomenon and seek your doctor's response? This request does not seem unreasonable to us. In fact, we believe that it is a very simple way for you to provide evidence to back up your claim. Do you not have a lawyer? Do you not have a postman? Can you not go to a school near your home and find a teacher who will watch you demonstrate your claim?

It seems unreasonable to US that you would insist that such things are impossible for you.

We cannot accept your claim without further evidence. Your claim alone is not sufficient in warranting further investigation.

If you are unable to provide us with the affidavits we have requested, your claim will be rejected, and your file will be closed.
 
Dear Mister Kramer,

thank you for your mail. I cannot fulfil your requirements. If I asked my family doctor to give me an affidavit relating to my paranormal ailities, he would at once call the ambulance to ring mit to a hospital for mad people. The same thing would happen with my postman oder a teacher or anyone else.

This is the situation in Germany if one tells about his paranormal abilities. That's why I showed the finger-growing-phenomenon only to people that I know very well and who know me very well.

I don't want to make a fool of myself.

Please do what you must do.
