China Gives Arousing Names to Storms

Here in the US we've had recent storms by the name of Rita and Katrina, but in China, they have much more enticing names for their storms.

Secondly, the names will not be allotted in alphabetical order, but are arranged by contributing nation with the countries being alphabetized.

Actually, I think they go down on (heh) that list, not across. So Kirogi is next. Which has the benefit of not sounding like a name for a Giant Panda.
