This application arrived on Feb. 7th, 2006. It was not accompanied by a proper claim letter, or anything resembling a test protocol proposal.

After receiving the application back form Mr. RandiI will provide Mr. Randi with photos and information on how he can priove to himself that my photos are real and not faked.

I will do this by sending the first batch of photos over the computer and then will give him instructions on how he can prove to himself that the photos are not fake but real either over the phone or by email. The choice will be his as to how he wants this information delivered to him.

Dear Mr. McCullough,

Thank you for submitting a JREF Paranormal Challenge application. However, it seems abundantly clear that you have either not read or not understood the Challenge rules.

Firstly, the Challenge requires of you an actual demonstration of paranormal phenomenon, in a controlled setting. Photographs are not acceptable, as they do not provide acceptable evidence.

Secondly, you have not made any mention of what your paranormal claim is, and you have not offered a proposal for a test that might verify it.

Thirdly, Randi does not sign and return Challenge applications until your claim has been accepted, and a test protocol has been mutually agreed to.

I strongly suggest that you read the Challenge rules thoroughly, or enlist the assistance of someone who might help you to understand them. Without a complete understanding of the Challenge rules, your application cannot be processed, and your claim (if indeed you have one that is acceptable), will not be tested.
